For several years, our mission has been to help the modest gentleman fulfil the Sunnah by dressing well for Eid and other occasions. We ask you to pray that we can continue to provide this service for years to come.

We are doing all that we can to prioritise the wellbeing of our staff and customers by following the Government guidance. Below are our FAQs.

 

Will you be launching a new collection before Eid?

Our team have been working extremely hard to overcome a few difficulties due to the current situation, inshaAllah we still hope to release our new collection in time for Eid, we will keep you updated.

 

What measures have Faris implemented in their workplace?

At our dispatch centre we have taken additional steps to protect our team, from increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning to ensuring strict social distancing in accordance to the guidelines.

 

Can I catch the virus from a package?

There are no known cases of the virus being spread by contact with a package.

The World Health Organization has said the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low.

However we still advise you to take extra precautions by disposing the mailing bag after opening and thoroughly washing your hands immediately after.

Is there changes to dispatch & delivery times?

We look to dispatch by the next working day for all orders, however due to the current situation we aim to do so within 2 working days. Please also note there may be some delays in transit, so we request you to place your Eid orders at the earliest.

 

What is the returns policy?

Whilst we are doing all that we can from our side, we also need your co-operation with following:

It is very common, in online shopping, to order various items and then select the best fit. We respect our customer’s choices but at this crucial time it is our utmost priority to assist you with your purchases, Faris wants you to be pleased with your purchase the first time round.

We have a size calculator on the products pages which can be found under the link ‘size help’. You simply need to input your height and chest size and the tool will calculate your suggested size.

If all else fails and you still need to return the item, we are advising customers to make a booking with myhermes. They will collect the parcel from your home address the following day, avoiding unnecessary trips out.
