For security reasons and to ensure the delivery reached the recipient, a signature may be required on receipt.

Sale items may be refunded but the refund will be the discounted price and not the original price.

We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your delivery.

The delivery charge will not be refunded if you choose to return all items from your order.

We do allow for exchanges of the same product in a different size, please create a return via the Returns Portal

Regrettably we are unable to cover the costs of returns. We offer a pre-paid returns label and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your returns. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.
